These terms and conditions provide detailed information for Clients considering cosmetic and medical skin procedures with Smile with Kev.

Booking Terms & Conditions

By making this booking you are entering into an agreement with us.

Please read our terms and conditions.

You agree to the before and after instructions.

Deposits will be deducted from the cost of treatment and are non-refundable. If you do not attend the appointment it will be retained. If you want to change the date of your appointment please give 48 hours notice or the deposit will be forfeited.

Clinically necessary top-up available for facial anti-wrinkle injections between 14 and 28 days of initial treatment.

After 28 days a £20 charge for top-ups is applied. Top-up within 14 days of initial treatment at clinicians discretion. No Top-ups available after 6 weeks/42 days from initial treatment. No top-up included for underarm sweating treatment.

Remaining filler is disposed of.

By making your booking, our agreement is a legal contract and your deposit is non-refundable in the situation where there has not been 48 Hour Notice of cancellation of booking, or non-attendance of the appointment. 

Refusal of Treatments

There are several reasons that a doctor may consider that a treatment is not a suitable option for an individual and we have a strict patient selection criteria to ensure patients are medically fit to undergo a particular treatment. It is therefore possible that we advise, in your best medical interests, that treatment is not appropriate. We will also not proceed with a procedure if we feel that your expectations exceed the results achievable from such surgery.

Please note that we do not provide treatments for anyone aged under 18 years.

Refund Policy

We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the applicable laws.

Privacy Policy

We're committed to keeping your personal information safe and confidential both online and offline.

Online Bookings:
If you use our online booking service, before you enter any personal details into the online form, we'll tell you how your information will be used in our data protection statement and in the relevant terms and conditions. You will be asked to confirm that you have read and understood these before your booking can proceed.

We might occasionally send you information about products or services which we think would be of interest to you. If you'd prefer us not to use your contact details in this way you can tell us.

Contacting us by email or Facebook Messenger
When you email or message us via facebook, we collect some personal details like your name, address and phone numbers. Email or Messenger isn't 100% secure - so we advise that you keep personal information to a minimum.

Emails are stored on our standard internal contact systems which are secure and can't be accessed by external parties. We store this information for an 10 years. Facebook Messages are stored inline with Facebooks privacy policy which can be located via https://www.facebook.com/about/basics 

Using your personal information
We will tell you if we intend to use your information for marketing purposes and we'll give you the opportunity to opt out if you want to.

If you receive marketing emails and don't want to in future, please use the unsubscribe link within the email and we will remove you from future campaigns.

All Paper documentation is stored and held securely and can't be accessed by external parties.

Medical Records will be retained for 15 years after the last visit. After which time records will archived.

Before and after photos will be saved securely on our standard internal contact systems which are secure and can't be accessed by external parties.

Some information such as Name, Date of Birth and Address will be shared with Pharmacies for proscribed and non proscribed products.

Obtaining a copy of your information and correcting mistakes
If we hold information about you, you can request to be provided with a copy of this and to have any inaccuracies corrected where necessary. A copy of this can be requested in clinic or in writing.
